Non Violent Communication
Practice Group
starting July 7, 6:30 PM- 8:30 PM (held on alternating Mondays; e.g. July 7th and 21st, August 4th and 18th, etc).

Practice groups are places to hone active listening skills and enrich one's ability to see the positive intent or "need" that's underlying what the person wants - and to practice making those guesses verbally for respectful confirmation of understanding and deepening connection and self-knowledge. It is a place to get a kind of listening that is rare in our society, namely empathy.
